WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER DOG WALKER MAKES GRISLY DISCOVERY IN SUITCASES

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A twenty-eight-year-old Cleveland woman has been arrested on aggravated murder charges after two young girls were discovered dead in suitcases buried in shallow graves. Here's what may have happened.

On March second, a man walking his dog in Cleveland's South Collinwood neighborhood made a disturbing discovery near East One Hundred Sixty-Third Street and Midland Avenue. The dog walker found what appeared to be human remains inside a suitcase at Saranac Playground near Ginn Academy. The man contacted authorities after his dog detected the scent, leading to the grisly find.

Officers arrived and confirmed the first body was located in a suitcase buried in a shallow grave. While collecting evidence from the initial scene, police discovered a second shallow grave containing another suitcase with a second victim. Both victims were identified as young girls who authorities believe to be half-sisters.

According to police officials, the bodies had been buried in the field for quite some time before their discovery. A police chief stated there were no missing children in the area who matched their descriptions, complicating the initial identification process.

The investigation quickly focused on a residence in the area of East One Hundred Sixty-Second Street and Midland Avenue. Detectives executed a search warrant at the home, which sits directly across the street from where the girls were found buried. Police took someone into custody at that location.

Aliyah Henderson, age twenty-eight, was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated murder. Court records show her bond was set at two million dollars.

A police official commented on the case, stating: "These were two young lives with their entire futures ahead of them. Our detectives worked tirelessly and with great care to identify those responsible. That careful and methodical work allowed our detectives to develop the evidence needed to make quick identification of a person of interest, ultimately resulting in an arrest."

Another official expressed the community's shock, saying: "This has shocked our community. We love and protect our young people, and the loss of these two children is unimaginable."

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
